Resumen

Se reflexiona sobre los siguientes puntos: ¿por la imposibilidad por el objeto de un acto jurídico configuraría o no la invalidez del mismo?, ¿se configuraría la falta de manifestación de voluntad si que quien aparece como vendedor del bien no participa o no lo suscribe?, ¿si se declaró nulo el acto jurídico por falta de manifestación de voluntad además se podría justificar reafirmar la nulidad, por la venta de un bien ajeno como propio?, ¿no se permitiría la trascendencia del acto jurídico si se por la demanda se cuestiona la eficacia dicho acto jurídico?, entre otros.
