El autor considera que la regulación del matrimonio notarial se enmarca dentro de la disposición constitucional de promoción del matrimonio, a la vez que se contribuye con la modernización del derecho de familia a través del uso de herramientas tecnológicas que no solo se limitan a la identificación de los contrayentes, sino también en favor de su difusión del acto matrimonial.

ABSTRACT

The author considers that the regulation of notarial marriage is framed within the constitutional provision for the promotion of marriage, while contributing to the modernization of family law through the use of technological tools that are not only limited to the identification of the contracting parties, but also in favor of their diffusion of the matrimonial act.
