Resumen
La autora advierte de ciertas ventajas que ofrece la introducción del matrimonio notarial a través de la Ley N.° 31643 frente al trámite del matrimonio ante la municipalidad, resaltando la celeridad y la seguridad que ofrece el servicio notarial y el uso de herramientas tecnológicas. Añade que la normativa vigente se encuentra dentro de la disposición constitucional de promoción del matrimonio.
