Resumen
Las modificaciones realizadas en las normas sobre Registros Públicos del Código Civil permiten reevaluar la función que cumplen la base gráfica registral en el proceso de calificación registral del registro de predios. Al respecto, la autora comenta la importancia de la base gráfica, y su conexión con los informes técnicos catastrales; sin perjuicio de otros tópicos discutidos a nivel técnico como la segunda instancia catastral y el verificador catastral.

ABSTRACT
The modifications made to the regulations on Public Registries of the Civil Code allow the re-evaluation of the graphic registry function based in the process of qualifying the registry of the land registry. In this regard, the author comments about the importance of the graphic base, and its connection with the technical cadastral reports, without prejudice to other topics discussed at a technical level such as the second cadastral instance and the cadastral verifier.
