Resumen
El autor destaca, a partir de la doctrina, el tratamiento de la tipología de formas que ha recogido el Código Civil a propósito del contrato de donación, advirtiendo que, a diferencia de otros actos, la donación se encuentra sujeta a una multiplicidad de formas que varían de acuerdo con aspectos cuantitativos vinculados al valor del bien, así como cualitativos, con relación a la naturaleza mobiliaria o inmobiliaria del objeto transferido.

ABSTRACT
The author highlights from the doctrine, the treatment of the typology of forms that the Civil Code has collected regarding the donation contract, noting that, unlike other acts, the donation is subject to a multiplicity of forms that vary in accordance with quantitative aspects linked to the value of the asset, as well as qualitative aspects, in relation to the movable or real estate nature of the transferred object.
