Resumen
La autora nos presenta el desarrollo legal que ha merecido a nivel de sentencia la responsabilidad civil derivada por la muerte de 24 escolares por ingesta de un preparado que contenía un elemento nocivo cuyo empaque no hacía prever la peligrosidad de su contenido, lo cual exige un análisis criterioso respecto del tipo de responsabilidad por omisión del proveedor.

ABSTRACT
The author presents the legal development that the civil liability derived from the death of 24 schoolchildren due to the ingestion of a preparation containing a harmful element whose packaging did not foresee the dangerousness of its content has merited at the sentencing level, which requires an analysis judicious regarding the type of responsibility for omission of the provider.
