Resumen
El Tribunal Registral ha aprobado un precedente de observancia obligatoria en el CIX Pleno, con relación a la extinción de inscripción por renuncia al derecho de propiedad; sin embargo, ha evidenciado una errónea interpretación de dicha figura, por cuanto lo que corresponde es la cancelación del asiento donde corre inscrito el derecho del titular renunciante y no la desinmatriculación del bien.

ABSTRACT
The Registry Court has approved a mandatory enforcement precedent in the CIX Plenary Session, in relation to the termination of registration for waiver of the right to property; nevertheless, it has evidenced an erroneous interpretation of said figure, since what corresponds is the cancellation of the seat where the right of the relinquishing holder is registered and not the de-registration of the thing.
