Resumen
Se reflexiona sobre los siguientes puntos: ¿uno de los integrantes de la sociedad de gananciales puede o no transferir en alícuotas expectaticias a favor de terceras personas sin consentimiento de su otro cónyuge?, ¿en la adjudicación de un bien perteneciente a la sociedad de gananciales sería el primer adjudicatario el otro cónyuge?, ¿sería un imposible jurídico que se requiera judicialmente la partición de un bien que pertenece a un régimen de sociedad de gananciales?, entre otros.
