Se reflexiona sobre los siguientes puntos: ¿a nivel legislativo se ha comprendido una clasificación de los “incapaces” ?, ¿los discapaces que no pueden manifestar su voluntad podrían recurrir al notario o a la vía judicial para que se les otorgue los apoyos o salvaguardias necesarios?, ¿las salvaguardias serían o no unas medidas que garanticen el respeto de los derechos de los discapaces?, entre otros.

Abstract
