Resumen

A partir de una revisión de la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Registral, la Directiva N.° 002-2014-SUNARP-SN y el precedente adoptado en el X Pleno de Tribunal Registral, la autora considera necesario que se establezcan ciertos criterios dirigidos a los abogados encargados de emitir el certificado de búsqueda catastral, con el fin de que simplifiquen su lenguaje técnico en favor de los usuarios del registro que carezcan de conocimientos especializados.

ABSTRACT

Based on a review of the jurisprudence of the Registry Court, Directive No. 002-2014-SUNARP-SN and the precedent adopted in the X Plenary Session of the Registry Court, the author considers it necessary to establish certain criteria for the lawyers in charge to issue the cadastral search certificate, in order to simplify their technical language in favor of registry users who lack specialized knowledge.
